I support adults of all genders and sexualities to improve their mental, physical, emotional and sexual wellbeing. I work with clients navigating complex, overlapping concerns involving body and mind, including neurodiverse individuals and those who haven’t found previous therapy helpful.

My approach

As a registered psychologist I provide a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s happening for you at your own pace. I work with a range of concerns such as: anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, injury, illness, sexual difficulties, relationships, body-based conditions and reproductive health (e.g. endometriosis, peri/menopause, abortion, pregnancy loss, male ‘menopause’, and prostate cancer/issues). I also work with people experiencing problematic behaviours (sexual or general in nature).

My approach considers the connection between mind and body, as well as the broader context of your experiences - including factors such as identity, relationships and past experiences. I work in an inclusive and affirming way with gender, sexuality, and neurodiverse clients, with attention to how these intersect with other aspects of identity.

I focus on practical, meaningful outcomes, aiming to help you better understand your experiences and develop strategies that support real change in your day-to-day life. I also focus heavily on ensuring that we are the right fit and that the work we do feels useful, relevant and collaborative.
